Service Coordination

Program Description:

The QSAC Service Coordination program assists individuals with autism or pervasive developmental disorder and their families in obtaining necessary clinical, educational, financial, medical, residential and social services. The program is open to all individuals with a developmental disability who are living at home. The Service Coordination program features trained service coordinators who actively seek out services and entitlements on behalf of the individual and his or her family. QSAC service coordinators are advocates for individuals with autism or pervasive developmental disorder and their families. The service coordinators meet with each family at least once a month to assess current services and discuss and develop plans for new services, which our coordinators then try to procure.
